Do you want to be part of Impulse Music & Arts Festival? Do you want a hands on experience that you'll never forget? We'll here's you're chance! We are looking for volunteers to trade some hard work for entry to the event. If you're responsible, friendly, and willing to be a TEAM player, VOLUNTEERING IS FOR YOU!
We will need help in all departments including:
-Ticketing
-Parking
-Hospitality
- Stage Production
-Merchandise
-Clean Up
AND MORE!
All applicants must be 18 years of age or older. NO EXCEPTIONS! Your application is a request and is not a guarantee of a volunteer position.. A non-refundable $15 application fee must be submitted at the time of the application. All applications will be taken and reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis, so apply early!
Before filling out the application, please read the guidelines carefully below:
If selected you agree to the following:
• To complete 12 hours of volunteer work in exchange for their ticket
• To be on time and complete all assigned shifts
• To be courteous to all staff and festival patrons
• To arrive sober to your volunteer shift and in proper attire, ready to work (NO OPENED TOED FOOTWEAR!)
• If you are accepted you will need to submit a $119 deposit. This deposit will be returned to you within 2 weeks of the festival end date, and we have reviewed your performance with your supervisor. (You will be given more details once you've been confirmed.)
• If you cancel less than two weeks from the day gates open or don’t arrive to a shift by your call time, you agree to forfeit the full deposit amount.
If you break any of the preset regulations, you must understand that you risk forfeiting the full deposit. If you fail to perform your volunteer job, based upon your supervisor's and the volunteer coordinator's evaluation, you risk forfeiting the full deposit.
You must be prepared to show a VALID picture ID at the time of check-in. NO EXCEPTIONS!
